Choosing option town was the best decision in terms of savings. The Option town has given best services as and when requested particularly within no time the request made , changes in rescheduling tickets, pass extensions etc. specially during COVID pandemic. Great help during difficult Time.

I come across Option Town from a friend of mine. I am able to take tickets at almost half price, But due to pandemic, I could not travel. First I got a prompt and comforting reply from Option town that tickets can be used at later stage. But I never ever expected that I could travel during this peak time when the ticket rates are all time high without paying anything extra using the pass available from them. Thank You Option Town.

I had an amazing experience with Option Town pass. My flight pass was to be constantly updated from April 2019 onwards as my family was not travelling during Corona times... Finally in June 2022 i shall be using the same pass. Must say, the customer care support is amazing. They are prompt in response and are always there to help out.

Well done Optiontown !!! Wonderful service and customer handling. Optiontown has helped me exceptionally well when I faced a challenge due to covid-19 flgiht cancellations. I was able to not only extend my Flight Pass but also cancel my flights easily and will be rebooking my flights in the future. So, I dont have to worry about my flight planning. I received excellent service from the customer care team. I am in a foreign country and had to cancel my flight back home in Dec 2021 due to unavoidable circumstances. Option town was kind enough to extend my flight pass period and even issue me another ticket on my preferred date. And they did this with very prompt and courteous replies

I would like to thank you for the satisfactory service after a long time. I do understand that Aviation industry was most affected by the COVID-19 and was in turmoil situation for a long while. However, as things returned to normal, Option town had honored their commitment on my Passes which is highly appreciated. The product offers by them are great and with business returning to usual, I am sure this is good place for the travellers for buying their tickets.

Honestly it's as great and easy as it seems. Booking was smooth and easy. Interface is easy to use. Customer support very responsive. We travelled as a family of 5 and I our return flight my wife tested positive and wasn't able to board the flight. Just contacted optiontown online chat, they only asked for the test result and new date and in less than 24 hours her rebooking was confirmed and emailed me the new resrvation number.

Trust it's as good as it looks and no hidden catches. Enjoy and don't hesitate to use.

Amazing Optiontown service

Amazing human qualities in the Optiontown team. Found them very sensitive to my needs. Had to make some changes to my Flight Pass bookings and they provided an exception to me by allowing us to book flights even though rules did not allow it for. Great stuff!!

I'm dealing with "Optiontown.com" for several years, and I'm so satisfied with their offers, services and their support to their clients whenever they face any problems.
